Tasmania dropped out after 12th ABCC Hobart 1974-75 and only competed one more time as a combined team with West Australia at the 15th ABCC Sydney 1980-81.

West Australia competed in their first tournament Brisbane 1972-73 and combined with Tasmania Sydney 1980-81 and competed Adelaide 1984-85 with a reduced team of eight players only.

Australian Capital Territory joined as a combined team with South Australia at the 27th ABCC Sydney 2003-2004.
