Whilst the fixtures are still to be finalised, the structure of the Championships will be:

| Sunday 21stJanuary | Teams and officials arrive, briefing meetings conducted, followed by a low key opening dinner at Deakin University. |
| Monday 22ndJanuary – Thursday 25thJanuary | Preliminary round robin matches are played and education sessions conducted during the evening |
| Friday 26thJanuary (Australia Day) | All three division Finals played followed by a combined presentation function at the conclusion of the final match |
| Saturday 27thJanuary | Teams Depart |
For those enquiring about transport to and from airport we are still negotiating with Victorian Dept of Transport and hope they will come on board again with sponsorship as they did last year with $20,000 of funding so please bear with us. However this is a key funding negotiation and may take time.
So at this stage I can’t tell you a time so please hold off on booking your flights for moment. I will hopefully have this deal done by end of month.

I know it is not the best booklet for blindies so am trying to get a better version for you but until then I wanted to get the info to you.
- Sight certificate form.
Let me be clear about this- if the form is not completed correctly and on time your athlete will not be participating. We had problems earlier this year at NCIC and that cannot happen again.
You need to provide forms when submitting your team. If you think BCA have a copy check with me before submitting the forms. I can tell you majority of players expired this year so you will need new one forms only last three years from date of form.
Team nomination
VIC & NSW have been the only teams that have nominated so BCA are now discussing with states what to do next. Please keep in mind that the final teams need to be nominated and sent to me no later than 1st November.
