Kristen Beams debuted for the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars in September 2014 against Pakistan after proving to be one of the best spinners in the country.
A late comer to international cricket, Beams’ leg-breaks have proved to be prolific wicket-takers against the world’s best.
Originally from Tasmania, Beams made her Test debut in Australia’s successful Ashes series against England in August 2015. Her 26 runs in the first innings proved to be a vital contribution.
